將Online Armor Personal Firewall v2.1.0.130 FREE 重新移除後再運作RegCleaner 4.3.0.780將所有與Online Armor 有關的項目" 全部移除 "

2.重新開機
3.重新安裝後>>>問題解決

Online Armor Personal Firewall 或 免費版要升級似乎不能直接覆蓋會出問題.
